We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow our International Talent Acquisition Team. We will provide you with interesting challenges and we will share our experience. Your mission will be to support candidates on their hiring journey and do active sourcing of candidates in accordance with the company needs and our high level of standard.

Your missions:

- Actively identify and approach relevant profiles through the use of the classic recruitment tools:

(LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Lever ATS) but also through creative initiatives

- Pre-assess profiles, both on skills and personality,  through CV review and phone/video calls

- Manage and drive every step of the hiring process with the candidate and the managers

- Manage campus relationships to allow trainees and future graduates to discover our business and job opportunities

- Support candidates during their relocation and onboarding processes

- Create and maintain a great candidate experience by being structured, rigorous and reactive 

Preferred experience:

- You have at least a year of successful experience in HR field

- You have proved experience of sourcing candidates, including tech profiles, in a multicultural environment and competitive

market

- You are agile and you are constantly looking for new ways of sourcing highly sought-after candidates through innovative methods

- You are well organized and detail-oriented, and are able to prioritize

- You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously

- You have strong listening skills, intuition and empathy

- You are native French & English fluent and you enjoy working in an international environment
