To sustain the company's growth, Diabolocom is looking for a new talent to lead the Project team, at the very heart of our innovation process.

At Diabolocom, you will:

• Lead and manage a team composed for now of 8+ Project Managers providing guidance as needed

• Organize the scaling of this team

• Synchronize, prioritize and ensure the deliveries of the team’s activities

• Review customer orders and coordinate delivery activities

• Take proactive steps to make sure that best practices are shared across all project managers and departments

• Participate to process improvements of Diabolocom with the other teams: Sales, Account, Product, etc.

• Manage few key accounts: analysis of customer requirements, setup of the solution and support client ramp up

What we are looking for:

• Engineering School Degree

• 3+ years' Project Management experience in a web/telecom environment

• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, and ability to summarize

• Significant management experience
