Based in Spain, you will join a lean sales organisation with a dual approach: a hunter’s attitude for business expansion in Southern Europe (Spain and Italy mostly) and a sales partner’s sensitivity to consolidate existing customers including B2B (particularly in the hospitality industry) and Wholesale (value added resellers & distributors).
Main missions:
Development and Management: Driving customer portfolio growth.
Consultative Approach: Building long-term relationships, analysing customer needs to offer customised solutions.
Negotiation & Delivery: Conducting sales negotiations and coordinating effectively with production and logistics to ensure impeccable service.
Field Presence: Representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
Must have:
Graduate degree in economics or technology.
Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics.
Fluent English.
Explorer DNA: Proactive, goal-oriented, independent in negotiation, and able to navigate intercultural contexts.
Professional maturity: strategic vision and patience are needed to embark on a real growth path.
Full availability to travel: travel accounts for approximately 50% of the time.
