Based in Berlin, you will be managing the point-of-sale activities and ensuring flawless operations locally in a small and dedicated team. With an entrepreneurial mindset, your goal is to support the growth of this region with a wide variety of responsibilities.
Retail
Manage the sales team (one Floor Manager and few Sales Associate) by ensuring that Devialet’s strategy is properly understood and implemented, and by providing regular follow-up with them
Ensure that the customer welcome and experience are tailored to each individual, combining brand storytelling, product expertise, and musical culture
Manage point-of-sale activities (administrative management, schedules, deliveries, inventory, cash register, etc.) and ensure that points of sale are well maintained (maintenance, merchandising, upkeep, etc.)
Be responsible for achieving sales targets for the points of sale and challenge your sales team on their results
Develop and enrich relationships and collaboration with the department store
Be a source of proposals for the development and management of the region’s points of sale, and work actively to renew and maintain the customer base
Back office
CSS support for Germany & Austria dealers, and the main contact with the CSS company
Be the main touch point for the Retail teams on their organisation’s subjects
Supporting the Germany & Austria sales manager with the wholesale partners
Managing dashboards and processes to monitor stock levels and SAP reconciliation in agreement with HQ policies
Operate stores and concessions for X FTEs, manage Rotas and daily operations (ie. special offers execution)
Collect and transmit invoices and other admin documents between the Accounting team in Paris and the Accounting/tax firm in Munich
Graduated from a business school or university in Sales or any other relevant field
You have a strong connection to or experience living or working in Germany
Strong ability to build and structure an organisation
You are proactive, very autonomous and solution-driven
You feel comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
You are willing to take responsibilities and be accountable for your field of expertise
Fluent in German & in English, French is an appreciated plus
Excellent mastery of Excel and comfortable with management software (previous experience on SAP By Design and Salesforce is a plus)
Previous relevant work experience in Retail industry as Store manager
