The position

Job description

As a member of our HR team, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR activities. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Key Contact: Serve as the primary contact for our employees, providing support and managing employees’ queries promptly.
  • Time Management: Monitor and manage time data and absences in line with legislation and policies to ensure accuracy.
  • System Updates: Perform daily updates to our systems to maintain current and precise information.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Interact easily with employees, HR teams, and finance colleagues.
  • Policy & Process Updates: Keep our processes, HR policies, and intranet pages updated to reflect the latest information and practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to operational processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Projects & HR systems: Participate in various projects and assist in HR system upgrades as needed.

Preferred experience

Profile description:

  • First experience or recent graduate with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
  • High level of integrity in handling confidential data
  • Client- oriented and solution-focused, proactive attitude
  • Assertiveness to confidently address employees’ and business queries
  • Analytical Skills: capable of working with large data sets – proficient in Excel
  • Well organized with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively to new situations and challenges
  • Fluent in both French and English
