About the role

Due to the expansion of our Global Recruitment Team, we have created a new role in our Paris office and are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to support the People and Leadership Team on Recruitment Strategy and Talent Acquisition.

Reporting to our Recruitment Lead for EMEA, you'll work with the wider EMEA Recruitment Team, including French supporting recruiters to manage full cycle, 360-degree recruitment and projects to further successful recruitment partnerships with Hiring Managers across different departments including Restaurants, Deliveroo Hop and Editions and Head Office roles.

Delivery will play a huge part of your, almost 75% and so we're keen to attract applicants who love recruiting, from scoping out the roles, sourcing, assessment and managing the process through to offer. In addition, 25% of the role will focus on integrating a true partnership with recruitment, building process, challenging status quo and the standardisation of recruitment practices in the market.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Hiring: Manage the full-cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing. You'll advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools.
• Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes. Using data to influence hiring managers will be key.
• Data driven: Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to the leadership team.
• Strategic partnership: Coaching hiring managers and stakeholders on long-term hiring plans and serving as an employer brand ambassador for Deliveroo.
• D&I: You'll identify gaps and develop hiring solutions that can help our organisation and management team scale a diverse and inclusive team.
• Crafting memorable experiences: You'll go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Business partnership: Partners effectively at senior levels across the business and People org, translates the broader business and people agenda into a recruitment strategy and secures buy-on on this strategy with the leadership team.
• Things are always changing here at Deliveroo. You'll have plenty of examples of how you've adapted quickly and stepped up to drive process improvements.

Languages

You must be fluent in both French and English. Please note your CV must also be submitted in English
