The mission of the Social Media team in Brazil and LATAM is to showcase the powerful connection between fans and artists through music, using social media content as the heart that brings them together.

What you will do:
Strategic Planning & Analysis
Leads social media planning, reporting, and performance analysis, combining data and creativity to guide strategic decisions. Monitors KPIs, identifies audience trends, and shares best practices to strengthen efforts across Brazil and LATAM.
Content Strategy & Creative Activation
Turns trends and insights into impactful campaigns and always-on content. Plans promoted content, activates UGC, and leverages artist and fan moments to bring the brand closer to its communities in an authentic and culturally relevant way.
Community Management & Engagement
Drives real-time community management on key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X), ensuring the brand is present in cultural conversations. Develops engagement strategies that amplify brand voice, increase visibility, and foster audience loyalty.
Influence & Cultural Impact
Plan and support influencer activations and event coverage to maintain a dynamic, fan-first brand presence. Identifies creator opportunities and cultural moments that keep Deezer locally relevant and connected to its communities.
This role is excellent for a person with:
5+ years experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Media Marketing, or related fields
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
Exceptional copywriting skills in Portuguese, fluent in English, and Spanish
Deep understanding of social platforms (especially Instagram, X, and TikTok), user behaviors and expectations, as well as relevant influencers and creators
Experience with community management, fostering active engagement and meaningful conversations across platforms
A keen intuition for social trends and pop culture, leveraging these insights to create impactful content that sparks conversations with our audience
