The position

Job description

Within the Performance Marketing department - in charge of driving paid and organic user acquisition - you will be reporting to the Head of Performance Analytics.Your mission will be to orchestrate data collection, analysis and enable performance optimisation projects across our website and mobile apps. You will be working closely with Marketing, Product and Tech teams to turn data into actionable growth hacks.Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Tracking & data quality

    • Accompany teams in collecting the data needed for their projects

    • Make tracking recommendations to enrich insights : coordinate projects with technical teams, influence their roadmap

    • Test and validate tracking implementation with technical teams

    • Investigate alerts and bugs

    • Manage our Tag Management and Heatmap solutions 

  • Leverage data into powerful insights to support user growth

    • Monitor web & app performances and user behaviors on key journeys

    • Accompany product and marketing teams on their projects: provide KPIs, ad hoc analysis or dashboards to help them assess success

    • Based on your analysis, identify new opportunities to drive growth and user retention

    • Set-up compelling dashboards

    • Contribute to & monitor AB testing roadmap 

  • Optimise Analytics Framework

    • Maintain and safeguard Analytics tools

    • Partner up with Marketing, Data, Product and Tech in company-wide data-related projects

    • Work with legal to ensure we are up to date with latest policies

Preferred experience

What we are looking for: 

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing or engineering 

  • 4+ years experience in Data Analysis, Web/UX Analysis or Traffic Management

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of a Tag Management System.

  • Experience defining a tracking plan for a website or an app.

  • You know how to find improvement points and troubleshoot tracking implementations on websites and/or mobile apps.

  • Intermediary/Advanced knowledge of SQL

  • Knowledge of Google Big Query is a strong plus

  • Experience collaborating with developers 

  • Knowledge of main acquisition channels (SEA, SEO, Display, App, Affiliate, etc) and a "CRO" mindset.

  • Evangelist and comfortable speaking with both marketers and developers

  • Fluent in English
