Context:
Reporting into the Talent Director, you will recommend and bring to life our Employer Brand strategy to position deezer as an employer of choice, attract high performing and diverse talents and boost engagement and retention.
What you will do:
Build our Employer Brand strategy and Employee Value Proposition in line with our culture, brand platform and business vision
Recommend and implement a strategy to attract international talents in our France based headquarters
Collaborate with the communication and design teams to create innovative ways to engage with our targeted talents (social media management, partnerships, and events strategy)
Develop global campus management strategy
Train and engage internal ambassadors for our brand
In line with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, lead transversal plans to attract more diverse talents and ensure an inclusive work environment
Monitor engagement surveys
