The position

Job description

We are seeking an execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our B2B pipeline and drive qualified demand across the funnel to accelerate our B2B pipeline and drive qualified demand across the funnel.  This role is critical to fueling revenue growth, owning performance marketing programs, and optimizing our lead-to-opportunity journey.

The role will be responsible for designing and delivering marketing initiatives that directly fuel pipeline generation, partner acquisition, and brand visibility in key B2B verticals across different regions.

Sitting at the intersection of Sales, and Partner Marketing, this role is critical in shaping how Deezer shows up in the market. You will translate our unique B2C brand equity into powerful B2B narratives that reflect both the solutions we offer and how we sell them, helping us stand out in a competitive tech and entertainment landscape. 

Your close collaboration with the New Business Development teams will ensure partner marketing is fully aligned with commercial objectives across events, campaigns, content.

 

> What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Director of Partner Marketing and New Business Development teams to align Partner marketing strategies and revenue goals
  • Own and execute the demand generation strategy across digital and offline channels, including paid social, search, retargeting, email, partnerships, and events.
  • Develop, manage and analyse multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline velocity
  • Drive pipeline-focused marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and NBD, focusing on impact measurement and ROI
  • Create tailored growth marketing campaigns to support acquisition, demand generation, conversion of key prospects and B2B clients and developing deeper relationships with prospects
  • Lead, design and implement an integrated B2B content strategy, owning the content calendar and producing assets for social (LinkedIn), go-to-market toolkits, pitch materials, and B2B communication frameworks, sales enablement, and thought leadership
  • Identify and manage industry events and activations, from opportunity analysis to strategic selection to execution, providing guidance on presence, messaging, and team participation.

Preferred experience

  • 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation in a B2B Partner context within a SaaS company or tech scale-up.

  • Proven ability to translate brand positioning into actionable B2B marketing strategies and assets.

  • Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Experience with lead nurturing and conversion optimization strategies.

  • Experience working closely with Sales / Business Development teams and understanding revenue-oriented KPIs.

  • Strong project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.Experience planning and executing industry events, including pre-event strategy and post-event lead follow-up.

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically

  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes
