We are looking for a Director of IT based in Paris.You will lead the IT Corporate team (13 people) based in Paris and Bordeaux, and our mission is to provide best, effective and innovative IT solutions for our employees. The team is responsible for all the Worldwide Internal Infrastructure for Deezer : the internal network, system,and softwares (on prem and SaaS/Cloud) and support for all the Employees and Deezer offices.

In the last few years, we have built a solid, efficient and resilient Corporate IT function that needs to be maintained. We are looking for a strong leader to develop the Corporate IT team, and take our Corporate IT function to the next level, supporting the next phase of expansion of the company. This will require a close interaction with and effective support of all functional and business leaders of the company.

A few key projects for the next 18 months: renew IT infrastructure, modernise internal tools to better support internal teams and functions while increasing our security.

• Manage the Corporate IT team including Corp IT infrastructure and security engineers, IT workstation team and IT support manager
• Define, plan and execute the Corporate IT strategy and roadmap, including the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts and effective management of IT costs
• Direct and support the implementation and the upgrade of Corporate IT solutions, including software applications, workstations, servers and networks
• Direct and support the implementation and the upgrade of IT Security solutions, including monitoring tools, anti-virus software applications and virtual private networks
• Create and implement appropriate Corporate IT and IT Security policies and procedures and monitor their application, in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer
• Regularly assess the risks and threats on Deezer IT system, in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer
• Participate in third-party interviews, investigations and audits relating to IT Security, including those relating to the protection of personal data
• Collaborate with other teams at Deezer to design the overall Security architecture, systems and processes and assist them in the implementation of appropriate technical solutions with regards to IT Security
• Implement IT Security awareness and training programs, including in-person sessions and e-learning modules
• Regularly communicate and report to management on all performance, opportunities and issues regarding Corporate IT and/or IT Security  

This role is excellent for a person with:

• Good knowledge on Microsoft Infrastructure (Active Directory, DC, WSUS, Hyper-V)
• Experience with MDM solution deployment like Jamf or Intune
• Understanding of network architectures and infrastructure
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and incident response
• Good knowledge on Collaborative Tools (Attlassian tools, Google workspace, Slack, Zoom)
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards 
• Leadership: Ability to drive, develop and inspire the IT corporate team and other IT/Security stakeholders towards achieving the Deezer objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals, including cybersecurity strategies.

• Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple changes or projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Deezer’s objectives.
