The position

Job description

Based in our headquarters in Paris, Reporting to the Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for helping to create Deezer's identity (externally brand and internally HR).

By embracing strategic thinking, beautiful design paired with provocative execution, your goal is to create unique experiences and to apply your passion for animation to simplify complex interactions and solve challenging design problems.

In this role, you’ll help on some global marketing projects like content, partnerships and social media. You will also define and implement Deezer’s motion design language across all HR communication platforms— this includes driving the creation of best practices, collaborating with graphic designers, and of course working with our HR team. 

What you will do:

  • You will contribute to projects from start to finish, collaborating with various marketing teams across Deezer (brand, acquisition, artist, product, etc.)
  • You will work within the Deezer HR team (Talent Team mainly, who manages the employer branding, internal communication and talent development topics) to develop an employer brand identity and bring to life our values, company culture and HR programs. 
  • You will help develop creative assets using a proven ability in the areas of narrative, conceptual thinking and graphic design (typography, layout and how it extends across digital).
  • You will also create and edit social media content.

Preferred experience

This role is excellent for a person with:

  • Studying motion graphics
  • Strong eye for great motion design and an understanding of the brand with curiosity about the latest creative and social media trend
  • Ability to understand a project from storyboard to production and solid understanding of how to create appealing assets
  • Strong interest in multiple corporate topics (from social media, music to HR)
  • Skills at After Effect, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other motion design tools, knowledge in 3D software is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required. French is a plus.
