What you’ll achieve

As the SCRUM MASTER, you will be responsible for facilitating the workflows within a team, ensuring that Scrum or Agile principles and practices are understood and followed.  You will help the team to self-organize, remove impediments, and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics. The objective is to enhance the team's productivity and efficiency, enabling them to deliver high-quality products incrementally and iteratively.

You will:

• Support/Guide one or more agile teams
• Support in team building and shaping cooperation
• Lead the team in the continuous improvement process - reflection and new ideas
• Close cooperation with the product owner
• Collaborate in the Agile CoP at the location to network the teams and trigger changes in the larger scope

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in software development or IT project management
• Several years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably in roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Very good communication skills, also for coaching and change processes
• A solution-oriented, creative and empathetic manner
• An eye for the big picture
• Outside-the-box thinking
• Experience in Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira

Desirable Requirements

• Advanced certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are a plus
• Good knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods (incl. XP techniques)
• A good understanding of software development
