Our eCommerce team is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive our Content Integration strategy based in Amsterdam or Lille!

Our goal is to create an open ecosystem to connect numerous third-party players and services in a secure and efficient manner.

Our digital teams based in Lille, Amsterdam, Paris, etc., bringing together more than 1,500 employees, are united to build and grow digital products with the aim of always offering the best value to our users.

The e-Commerce teams are carrying out an ambitious technological transformation (IS API, Cloud Native development, JS, etc.) and organizational transformation (Agility at scale, FT Products) for their development on their global distribution channels.

Your Mission in our Products eCommerce team :

Digital Product Manager, Content strategy

  • Define and communicate the digital content vision and strategy
  • Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to build the Content journey
  • Manage integration of the rich contents created by the company on different devices and channels : editorial advice, blog, sport pages, home page...
  • Collaborate with the Technical SEO team to improve the visibility in the search engines
  • Monitor the performance of contents at the service of Ecommerce : Data analysis, A/B test, continuous delivery
  • Implement contents personalization all along the customer journey on ecom and App : upper and lower funnel
  • Collaborate with Product teams to participate to the upsell strategy and content quality management
  • Get feedback from users in a logic of continuous improvement

Your future impact

As a Product Manager you will work in the eCommerce squad.

Your impact is split around 3 major areas:

1/ Vision and Product Strategy

  • Define the vision, strategy, and positioning the content strategy for sites that welcome millions of user a day
  • Supervise the creation of value
  • Write the product roadmap, share it, and facilitate its implementation with senior leaders across multiple parts of the sports and ecomm teams

2/ Discovery and delivery

  • Understand the key challenges of our users and ensure the continuous improvement of the Product
  • Quickly explore solution hypotheses (AB test, User test...)
  • Collaborate with Designers to guide their product design work Explore new solutions within the mobile ecosystem
  • Prioritize and plan the work for the realization of the product (design, testing, product launch, and its evolutions for our users)
  • Ensure the quality of the product
  • Communicate upcoming product developments, both externally and internally to the team
  • Exploit data to understand and optimize product usage
  • Define and supervise the key success metrics of the product

3/ Product Culture

  • Establish a collaborative working mode, a trustworthy and responsible environment within the team
  • Be an active participant in the product ecosystem, develop and promote the product mindset around you

Requirements

  • Product Manager, you have 2-3 years of product experience in a B2C digital environment and in an international context
  • You master the key principles and methods to develop a product from vision to delivery (research, data analysis, prioritization, specification, testing...)
  • You are user-centric, familiar with UX approaches, Design Thinking, and you place the user at the heart of your decisions
  • You know how to prioritize, let go, and say no in order to keep your product team focused on the essentials
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders at the executive level
  • You have a strong intellectual curiosity
  • You have proven experience in Ecommerce and knowledge of the content management ecosystem
  • You are passionate about sports and eager to share your passions with the team!
