Your area of work
As a Working Student in Group Communications & Marketing, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical communications experience in a DAX company. The IMS & Post-Trading Communications team takes care of all communication-related activities concerning our subsidiary Clearstream headquartered in Luxembourg as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Investment Management Solutions (IMS) segment. The team steers communication measures globally across all channels, e.g. in the press, in social media, on the intranet and our websites.
You will support our team in creating content across a variety of channels by researching topics, writing textsin English and German and publishing them.
Your responsibilities:
- You conceptualize and create content for all target groups and channels
- You help monitoring social media and management for our community on LinkedIn and internally on Viva Engage
- You maintain and enter content via our content management systems (e.g. CoreMedia, SharePoint)
- You support in current internal and external communication and content marketing projects
- You edit and proofread texts
- You translate in English and German
- You take over general administrative and organisational tasks
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least five semesters
- You already have first practical experience in communications
- Proficiency in managing and creating content for social media, with a specific focus on LinkedIn, including understanding analytics and engagement strategies
- You are creative, have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- You present a competent handling of MS Office applications (especially Word and PowerPoint)
- You have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and / or SharePoint desirable
- You are interested in financial markets
- You are fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory and excellent. German skills are very desirable. Any other language will be an asset
