Your area of work:

Deutsche Börse AG follows the three-lines-of defense model and has recently formed the department of the Chief ICT Risk Officer / CISO to strengthen security and technology risk and internal controls oversight. Tasks include defining the ICT risk strategy and methodology, setting standards and control requirements, monitor and validate control effectiveness and report on the risk situation. As a Head of Unit you will lead of team to develop Deutsche Börse Group’s ICT Risk Strategy & Methodology, and directly report to the Chief ICT Risk Officer / CISO.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic business-centric threat landscape and derive ICT risk universe
• Develop, implement and maintain ICT risk methodology and strategy
• Develop and establish ICT risk awareness culture and training

Your profile:

• You have completed your university degree in business administration, computer sciences or comparable engineering
• You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience IT and IS risk oversight and management in various financial organizations, e.g. from an consulting or audit perspective
• You have a very good expertise around regulatory requirements in Europe, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act
• You have proven experience in cloud security and cloud controls
• You have proven experience and relevant certifications regarding information security
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
