Your area of work:
The area is managing global client relationships across Clearstream through our network of international officesand providing day-to-day client service for the Clearstream client base.As Client Service Officer within an international cross location team, you will be supporting international clients with enquiries or issues related to various Clearstream processes like Settlement,Corporate Actions, Income and Cash Management. Client Services is the central contact for our clients and thevoice towards clients.
Your responsibilities:
You take responsibility for day-to-day contact (via phone and email) for our clients for all questions inrelation to securities settlement, asset servicing and cash management
This includes the clarification of topics by using your own knowledge, supported by team members and/oroperations
You act as one of the main contact points for our clients for the work with Clearstream Banking.
Your profile:
University degree in finance, economics, IT, or equivalent training with professional experience
You have a prior work experience in financial markets and financial products (< 3 years)
You own a strong interest in taking on high responsibility and results orientation
You are not afraid of continuous changes, seeking personal and professional challenges
You own high problem-solving skills with developed analytical skills and sound understanding of process-flows
You have the ability to address both known’s and unknown’s thanks to good conceptual thinking,organizational and communication skills and strong learning / development potential
Protruded service orientation with excellent telephone representation, high communication - and soft skillsand a strong ability to work in a team
General office productivity tools proficiency expected (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
IT infrastructure proficiency / interest can be a plus
Italian required, as well as English and/or French
