We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Demand Generation and Digital Marketing (DGDM) team, focused on accelerating our impact and brand presence in the US market and reporting directly to the DGDM Director.
This strategic and hands-on role will lead project-based marketing initiatives across brand, campaign development, and cross-functional execution. You will be instrumental in scaling our go-to-market efforts across the Americas through innovative, data-driven, and collaborative digital marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership: Develop and scale US-focused brand campaigns in collaboration with creative and media agencies.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of innovative integrated marketing campaigns, including ABM strategies targeting key US regions.
Project Coordination: Lead cross-functional projects that enhance the customer journey, support sales enablement, and align with regional marketing objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on brand and campaign strategy in B2B tech.
Skills:
Proven track record managing integrated marketing programs that combine paid media, creative ideation, and demand generation.
Experience driving regional marketing programs in the US market, ideally in close partnership with sales and product marketing teams.
Outstanding copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills with a strong understanding of visual branding.
Deep experience working with creative and media agencies, from brief development to execution and performance review.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet ambitious deadlines.
A data-driven mindset, constantly seeking performance optimization, and familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges$160,000—$200,000 USD
