The position

Job description

Within the product team, and under the responsibility of a Product Owner, you will be part of one of the squads:

Build the product backlog and contribute to the product vision

  • Identify, collect and analyze needs both from internal teams and from clients
  • Help prioritizing product backlog
  • Prioritize bug reports

Design new features and follow up until delivery

  • Write user stories and functional specifications
  • Participate in the design of mockups and models with the UX designer
  • Take part in agile ceremonies (daily, refinements, planning, review, retro)
  • Define acceptance criteria and help on writing test cases
  • Participate to UAT with the QA team

Communicate on new features

  • Write documentation on new features
  • Present new products to internal teams and provide training
  • Respond to questions from Customer Success, support and sales teams

Preferred experience

  • Bac +4/5 from a specialized training in the digital / engineering sector
  • Good level of English (international teams and clients)
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt your message according to your audience
  • Ability to handle large datasets (excel, Database, outputs…) 
  • Familiarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira is a plus)
  • Ability to understand technical issues and communicate with dev teams
  • Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback)
