Customer Success Internship – 6+ months

Location: Remote, but MUST be US-based

About this job

This is a paid internship/Coop, either full or part-time (to be discussed) for a minimum of 6 months

Responsibilities

You will join our North American customer success team and assist the customer success managers in their main objectives:

  • Use of Data Impact Dashboard to produce regular client reports & analysis
  • Become an industry expert on the Ecommerce space within the North American market (e.g., leads team knowledge share sessions)
  • Business use cases & recommendations for clients
  • Work closely with other teams within the organization to expand knowledge base internally
  • Help to identify new needs for and from our customers and potential business growth
  • Opportunity to get involved in company-wide work streams (e.g., building out templates)
  • Assist in onboarding new clients
  • Support clients on the dashboard
  • By the end of this internship, you will build out skills such as

Qualifications

  • Junior year or Senior year of college
  • Example majors: Business, Social Science, Ecommerce, Analytics
  • Eager to learn about the Ecommerce industry
  • Autonomous, you are looking for new challenges
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data-driven
  • Problem solver: you understand your clients’ problems quickly and propose appropriate solutions
  • Great interpersonal skills: you are strong in communication, active listening, and teamwork
