The position

Job description

🚀 Your Mission

This position is based in Madrid, working closely with the local Spanish team (7 people) and in constant collaboration with Dashdoc’s wider Customer Success and Product teams.

Your role will focus on onboarding SMB (Small and Medium Business) clients in Spain, helping them get up and running quickly and efficiently with Dashdoc.

You will also contribute to improving the product through client feedback and by participating in customer support activities.


🎯 Your Objectives

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client teams and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Guide and support customers through onboarding so they achieve full use of Dashdoc within 3 months.

  • Minimize customer churn by proactively ensuring success and long-term value.

  • Share client insights and feedback with the product team to help evolve the solution.

  • Take part in customer support to help users and maintain a high-quality experience.
