You will join the Customer integration team to make Dashdoc the new SaaS leader in the truck transportation market. You will interact with customers and partners to help them connect successfully their own system to our TMS Software, and get the best out of it.

This is a job that requires technical skills (API, ETL, file transfers, …), relationship skills to interact with internal teams, customers and partners, and project management skills. This a key profile for the success of customers deployments.

Outcomes:

Projects: you ensure transport data is available through 2-way interconnections between Dashdoc and customer software. To do so, you will assist our partners’ technical team to plug their software to our public API.

Maintenance: you make sure that interconnections between Dashdoc and its ecosystem are always operational:

• implement and follow service level KPIs

• analyze and solve incidents

• cross-team communication

Technical pre-sales: You support the sales team to study the integration relevancy, the costs and delays before signing a new client.

We will enjoy working together if you are:

⚙️ experienced in:

• software development

• data exchange (ETL/EDI/API). Experience with Python, ETLs, Automations, open-source software, API creation is a plus

• cross-team project management
