The position

Job description

What will you do?

Within the Customer Success team (40 people, 4 offices), and in collaboration with all departments at Dashdoc (sales, product, tech…) :

  • you will be the main point of contact for clients in your portfolio—during and after the onboarding phase—and will ensure their daily satisfaction, contract renewals, and referrals

  • you will participate in product improvement through customer feedback and involvement in customer support

Guidance & Adoption

You will train and support your clients during their onboarding so that they get the most out of Dashdoc’s TMS in less than 3 months.

Client Relationships

You will build excellent relationships with both users and management at French and international clients.

Churn Prevention

You will closely monitor inactive or dissatisfied clients and take proactive measures.

Product Feedback

You will log client insights in Harvestr and contribute to product development and help center documentation.

Support

You will contribute to user satisfaction by participating in customer support.

Marketing

You will enhance Dashdoc’s visibility in your language region: you will translate or write content for the website, LinkedIn, and demo videos, and you will contribute to the organization and follow-up of events.


Preferred experience

  • You have experience in transport (road transport or logistics)—in any role

  • You speak fluent French and Dutch; working internally in English is a must. An international profile is required.

  • You have strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You are technically minded and capable of providing training to clients

  • You are willing to travel frequently across Benelux : 1 day / week in our Antwerp office + customers visits. You have your driving licence.
