From intern to permanent contract!
"I joined Dalma in March 2024 as an end-of-studies intern, joining the Ops team with little professional experience. I started by assisting the Care team, automating processes, and optimizing workflows, an intense learning phase at the heart of start-up life. In September 2024, my transition to a fixed-term contract marked my first independent projects and a direct contribution to Care quality and automation, culminating in the deployment of processes for the German team. In May 2025, I was hired on a permanent contract as Operations Manager. Today, I am the go-to person for Care processes and automation, with complete autonomy and a real sense of legitimacy at Dalma."
