Joining Dailymotion's HR team means contributing to the growth of a pioneering company that relies on its talents to have a positive impact on society.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-months fixed-term contract (CDD) who can help us attract and hire our future talents for all our offices : Paris, Sophia-Antipolis, Montpellier, New York and Singapour.

From our Paris office, this individual will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team built across Paris and New-York, as a key business partner for our hiring stakeholders.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs for different teams across the business
  • Take responsibility of the realization of the recruitment process (for the positions that will be assigned to you): understand the need, elaborate & execute the sourcing strategy (including direct approach), interviews scheduling, pilot the candidate experience throughout the whole process, monitor the time to hire and follow the  activity indicators/KPIs,… facilitate if needed the decision with the hiring management team, follow-up after the integration of the employee,…
  • Provide visibility to the hiring managers and your management on the recruitment pipeline, especially by the enrichment of our ATS, reporting & KPIs tracking
  • Evangelize the recruitment good practices to all the stakeholders of the recruitment process (especially the hiring managers and interviewers)
  • Participate in the development of the Dailymotion employer brand
  • Developing innovative ways to attract and retain candidates

Preferred experience

  • At least least one first experience of hands-on recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experienced hiring tech (Back-End engineer, Front-End Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, Scrum master,…) and non-tech (Business Developer, Account manager, Administrative,…) roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Particularly affectionate elaborating various candidate sourcing strategies (for example direct approach)
  • Fluent both in French and English ; any additional language is a plus
  • Be data-driven and always trying to improve your practices
  • Be business-oriented
  • Negociation skills
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Be a great team player
  • Prior experience working at a recruiting agency or executive search firm is strongly desired
  • Understanding of ad tech industry/digital video space is a big plus
