Covivio

Covivio is a company on the move, adapting to its sector and its environment, and where it is possible to change jobs, assets and even countries, and to reach management positions.

At Covivio, we are aware of being in a moving environment. Our sector evolves, our customers evolve and with them the expertise of our teams. We invite them to develop new skills through our training program. Management, coaching, technical updates, new regulations, new trends... In 2022, we spent 3.6% of payroll on training, and 74% of our employees have received training. Since 2020, Covivio has launched its Graduate Program, which allows young employees to complete 3 six-month rotations, including at least one in Italy or Germany.

Because we are committed to creating a team in which everyone feels good, we organize various social events throughout the year. Team seminars, New Year's Eve parties, a communal area with table soccer and ping-pong: so many occasions and places that encourage exchanges and meetings. In 2022, we launched the Covivio afterwork. Every last Thursday of the month, all employees can get together for a drink and some sweets.
