You’ll be working closely with business teams across the company. This role requires curiosity about how teams operate and a strong builder mindset to turn manual or unclear processes into simple systems.

Operational Efficiency

  • Identify friction in daily workflows and propose practical improvements.

  • Simplify complex processes so teams can move faster and make fewer mistakes.

  • Help teams structure their work inside our internal systems.

  • Test, document and maintain the solutions you build.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across the company to understand their needs and improve how they use internal tools.

  • Support the adoption of better processes and clearer systems.

  • Ensure that workflows remain understandable and usable for non-technical teams.
