As a Tech Lead, you have a technical leadership role. Your role is to make sure the engineering team delivers on the strategic roadmap defined by the CTO under his supervision.

Hiring you will allow the CTO to focus on the strategic, outward-facing management role in the tech team (the “what”), while you focus on the operational, inward-facing technical role (the “how”).

3️⃣ We’ll follow up with an at-home exercise which we’ll use as a base for a technical discussion with the tech team. We strive to make our tests relevant (no low-level algorithms or data structures, instead tasks that look like the work you would do with us).
4️⃣ If all goes well, you’ll have one more meeting with two members of other teams.
5️⃣ We’ll also have a quick chat with a few of your former coworkers, bosses or teachers.
