As a Product Manager specializing in Property & Rental Management, you will take ownership of critical components of the tenants experience.

Leveraging your experience, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing the property & rental management aspects and the payment processes of our product to provide a seamless experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a clear product strategy for Property / Rental Management and Payments aligning with company objectives and customer satisfaction targets.

   2. Keep abreast of market trends, user needs, and industry best practices to inform product direction.

2. Feature Roadmap and Planning:

   1. Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap for Payment & Rental Management, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.

   2. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items.

3. User Experience:

   1. Champion user-centric design principles to ensure an intuitive and delightful experience for residents using our platform.

   2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

4. Property & Rental Management:

   1. Lead the development of features and tools that streamline the property listings, rental management process, from residences integration in our back-office to lease initiation with tenants.

   2. Implement automation and optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Payment Integration:

   1. Oversee the integration of secure and efficient payment solutions, working closely with external payment partners (Stripe) and internal development teams to improve the customer experience including deposit payments, monthly rents and extra services.

   2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to payment processing and institutional investors.

6. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

   1. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a robust analytics framework to measure the success and impact of Payment & Rental Management features.

   2. Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager (In real estate or proptech industry would be a plus)

• Understanding of payment systems, financial technologies, and property & rental management processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
