WHAT WOULD YOU BE IN CHARGE OF? 💼

As part of Colonies German office, you will work closely with the Junior Sales Manager to offer the best experience possible to Colonies’ German tenants located in the centre of Berlin.

WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE? 🎯

As a Junior Operations Manager you will be involved in the following tasks:

🛠Daily operations:

  • Manage daily communications with our tenants (e.g. support questions, problem reports, general follow-up)
  • Coordinate suppliers involved in the operations of the houses, supervise the technical interventions required for maintenance purposes (e.g. plumbing, cleaning) and double-check to make sure the work is effectively operated.

🌟Punctual missions:

  • Participate in the administrative tasks required to run the German office (e.g. invoices, reporting, office management)
  • Contribute to building a community by organizing events, finding perks and sending newsletters to our tenants.
  • Contribute to the implementation of processes and their continuous improvement.
  • Collect tenants feedback and report the relevant information to the dedicated team. Every issue gives us an opportunity to improve what we do!

  • You are a hands-on person, helping things to be done when needed. You enjoy working in a challenging environment.
  • You are a good communicator and know how to use positive language when dealing with customer requests.
  • You have strong organisational skills, pay attention to even the smallest detail and are comfortable dealing with suppliers in the field.
  • You have good time management skills and know how to prioritize tasks.
  • Curious, multi-skilled and independent, you are ready to take part in an exciting adventure!
  • German native & English fluency - French is a plus
