Sign the pipeline and develop new coliving and supercoloc residences by managing projects from sourcing to opening !To achieve this, the analyst will be responsible for :- Sourcing, building and maintaining local networks (brokers, investors, developers... etc),conducting market research, visiting sites and making preliminary assessments ofopportunities.- Feasibility : the analyst defines the necessary adaptations of the Colonies product andreflects on the plans for the future residence in conjunction with Colonies' internalarchitectural team. You carry out the financial modelling of the project and coordinate therelationship with the developer/investor, the architect, etc.- Contractualisation : You assist the team in negotiating LOI's, leases or managementcontracts to secure Colonies' interests.- Execution monitoring : the analyst is responsible, until the project is signed, for the propercoordination of the teams for the preparation of the worksite alongside our Project Manager.He/she is responsible for investor relations and resolving any problems encountered.
You have a Master's degree in real estate finance, you speak fluent English and French? Although the position is based in Paris, you are mobile in Europe (Belgium and Luxembourg specifically)? That's a great start :).Apart from that, you are known for your curiosity and your involvement, you like to take up challenges?
