MISSION
As CMO at Colonies, you will be responsible for the overall marketing and brand strategy for the Company.
Your mission will be to design, own and build a marketing strategy to drive audience & user acquisition, establish a powerful brand, and effectively tell the story of the product & the company.
TASKS
Brand building
• Set and maintain the brand identity, brand guidelines and participate in the creative direction of the company
• Create and execute Colonies content strategy through PR and Social Media
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing communications, content and user experience are on brand.
Customer research and pricing strategy
• Create customer personas based on user / lead interviews and market research and build a cohesive marketing strategy around these identified target audiences on each location.
• Participate in the pricing strategy on each new project and improve pricing methodology through qualitative and quantitative research.
Acquisition
• Define strong & creative multi-channel sales strategies to ensure 300+ weekly leads for new openings (Organic, SEA, Partnerships, Corporate…)
• Define and follow-up on Colonies acquisition KPIs
• Activate marketing and acquisition strategy for each new opening and services offering
SKILLS
• You know how to build a strong brand and marketing strategy and execute it
• You know how to conduct user and market research and create personas
• You know how to conduct pricing analysis
• You have experience with online acquisition channels and know how to analyse performance metrics (AB tests…)
• You are fluent in English and French
PROFILE
• 5+ experience in Marketing (product development & operational marketing)
• You have great analytical skills
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to synthesize information and make good decisions
• You care deeply about the work that you do, you are passionate about brands
• You are great at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You have a strategic and creative mind and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table.
