Job description

What you’ll be doing:

Based at HQ (Brussels) | Focus: London, Milan & Madrid

Sales Side Hustle:

  • Be the friendly voice that greets future Cohabs members, qualifies leads with a smile, and shows them why living with us is a no-brainer.

  • Become a mini-CRM wizard: log calls, track feedback, and keep things organized like a true sales pro.

  • Hunt for future Cohabs legends across platforms – from DMs to listings, no lead goes unnoticed.

Customer Experience Magic:

  • Help new members settle in like they’ve just checked into a 5-star hotel (minus the towel animals… or maybe not? 🐘).

  • Be the go-to person when questions arise – part problem-solver, part good-vibes guru.

  • Gather member feedback and turn it into pure gold to help us improve our experience.

  • Collaborate with our operations and maintenance teams to make sure everything runs like a Swiss watch.

Market Focus:

  • You’ll juggle three vibrant cities: London, Milan, and Madrid – spotting trends, testing ideas, and learning the ropes of international expansion.

  • One trip per city is included during your internship to get a real feel for each market. ✈️ 🇬🇧🇮🇹🇪🇸


Preferred experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently studying (or just graduated) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate – or something close enough.

  • A natural people-person who builds rapport faster than you can say “Cohabs.”

  • Fluent in English and French or Spanish is a bonus that’ll make you shine even more.

  • Organization is your middle name: calendars, spreadsheets, and color-coded to-do lists give you joy.

  • Energetic, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves (and maybe fix a light bulb or two).

  • Not afraid of Instagram, TikTok or a well-placed emoji in a DM.

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus – but attitude is everything.

  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint – and your laptop is basically your third arm.
