Are you an incredibly organized project coordinator with a flair for admin and an interest in community-first service? Our Marketing team would love to welcome you onboard!

Would you enjoy helping people find their dream home abroad? Liaise with several teams to ensure smooth photoshoots, projects, and events? Do you get excited thinking about project management?

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure shoots and projects are clearly outlined and well-prepared

• Keep our project management tool up to date

• Update website content in our CMS, ensure all new uploads have accurate and up-to-date info, align and verify with our cities

• Help create and schedule posts on all our social media platforms, respond to inquiries and comments online

• Research and identify relevant online communities, forums, and groups to share Cohabs in.

• Update real estate marketplaces depending on our room availabilities.

• Follow up with potential leads who have expressed interest in Cohabs, and guide them through the Cohabs Process to enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and schedule photoshoots for all our houses across all our cities

• Track monthly insights (social channels), compile performance reports, update Google Sheets + Marketing dashboard frequently, and follow up on invoices.

• You’re extremely well-organized, enthusiastic, and have a strong eye for detail.

• You have just finished university or are in your final year.

• You leave your ego at the door and are open to new ideas and working with people with different skill sets and communication styles. We win and lose as a team.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a self-starter, and are eager to deliver the best results.

• You have excellent cross-functional communication and cooperation skills

• You speak and write English fluently. Other languages are a huge plus.

• Are living in Belgium (or willing to relocate!)
