The position

Job description

Descriptif du poste

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives aligned with the company values and objectives

  • Create guidelines and processes to align with best practice and frameworks to support our teams 

  • Act as a facilitator and coordinate projects with the other departments

  • Support in the calculation of our emissions to ensure a reduction following the Paris Agreement objectives (-50% in 2030 and -100% in 2050)

  • Organize impact events in line with our 1% for the planet commitment

  • Help monitor and report on the company’s ESG performance, including tracking key metrics and conducting regular assessments


Preferred experience

Profil recherché

  • Proven working experience as ESG Specialist or in Sustainability related positions. Minimum 3 years of experience is recommended.

  • A ‘people person’ with a great ability to lead projects and work with different people and departments at every level

  • Analytical approach and problem-solving attitude. You can easily understand complex matters and come up with innovative and strong solutions

  • High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics (authentic, compassionate, genuine, and honest)

  • Knowledge of building techniques or construction or real estate is a plus

  • Good communicator, good listening skills, and problem solver

  • Great oral and written communication skills both in English and French

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you are a self-starter and eager to deliver the best results
