We’re looking for a Global Communications Director who will shape and lead Cohabs’ global brand voice. From PR to social, influencers to owned channels, you’ll be the architect of how the world hears, sees, and feels Cohabs.
This role is the perfect mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You’ll lead a small but mighty team (including our Social Media & Influencers Manager) and work closely with Brand Creative, Performance Marketing, Consumer Experience, Tech, and Sales to deliver cohesive, insight-led communication across every touchpoint.
Your mission: Turn Cohabs from a push-driven to a pull-driven brand — one that attracts members, partners, and advocates through authentic storytelling, purpose-led visibility, and true community connection.
Global Brand Communications Leader:
Brand Reputation Guardian:
Lead brand and corporate PR, managing both directly and with local partners.
Align closely with ESG communications to strengthen trust, credibility, and long-term brand reputation.
Social & Influencer Strategist:
Own the vision and direction for all social and influencer activities.
Guide internal teams to grow channels, build engagement, and amplify brand love across markets.
Channel & Media Planner:
Insight-Driven Architect:
Brand Growth Owner:
Define and track KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Continuously evolve the communications roadmap based on performance, learnings, and opportunities.
Strategic Leader & Team Builder:
Inspire agencies, internal teams, and executives, balancing high-level vision with hands-on execution.
Shape how Cohabs tells its story across geographies and cultures.
Budget & Team Manager:
Own the global brand communications budget and ensure resources are allocated for maximum long-term ROI.
Lead and develop a small but powerful communications team.
8–10 years of experience in PR, Brand Communications, or Integrated Marketing — ideally within consumer brands known for building strong emotional connections.
Proven experience leading both brand and corporate PR, directly and through local partners or agencies.
Deep expertise in channel planning, cross-channel amplification, and marketing mix optimization.
Strong leadership in social and influencer strategy, from vision to execution.
A strategic brain with a true brand-builder mindset — you know how to grow brand equity through consistency, creativity, and storytelling.
Someone who works autonomously and cross-functionally, and who knows how to influence and inspire diverse teams.
A hands-on operator who loves making things happen — not just setting direction.
Ability to turn business goals and consumer insights into clear, inspiring, actionable briefs.
A results-driven profile, with experience setting KPIs, measuring impact, and optimizing for growth.
