The position

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Coface, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment strategy and building a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and engage top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across multiple departments.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, feedback, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

 

 


Preferred experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Prior experience in financial services (insurance, banking) or in a consulting/recruitment agency with financial services specialization is mandatory.
  • Proven success in recruiting across various levels and functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SmartRecruiters or similar recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search and social recruiting tools.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficient in recruitment software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.

  • Comfortable working independently in a  hybrid environment.
