The position

Job description

This role leads data governance, reporting, and data analysis projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and legitimacy of our client acquisition initiatives. It sits in the Group Lead Generation Team, focusing on tracking end-to-end lead conversion, enriching prospect database health, and ensuring fluid data flows between multiple platforms. This is a senior role, which requires a highly proficient, proactive, and independent profile, with project leadership skills.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve reporting systems for comprehensive lead conversion tracking
  • Develop effective data collection, analysis, and enrichment methodologies
  • Ensure seamless integration between databases and lead capture sources

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Create and refine reports tracking end-to-end lead conversion to demonstrate ROI and lead generation effectiveness
  • Develop insightful analyses to inform lead generation strategies
  • Monitor global and local trends, establish benchmarks, and evolve reporting systems

Data Management

  • Implement effective data management policies across marketing and sales
  • Establish quality data collection methodologies ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Create efficient and secure data handling procedures and maintain GDPR compliance

Tech Stack and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Lead Generation, Business Technology and Data Lab teams on database integration and data analysis projects
  • Optimize database connections through continuous evaluation and improvement

Preferred experience

  • 5+ years proven experience as data and reporting manager
  • Proficient in Excel, database languages such as SQL, and in data and reporting tools like PowerBI
  • Very good understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (example: Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
  • Knowledge in data management principles, data governance, and data quality operations
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Marketing and Commercial mindset with focus on lead acquisition, qualification and conversion
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple priorities, projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Master’s degree in database management, information technology, marketing, or a related field required
  • Fluency in French and English required
