Job description

Reporting to the CodinGame CEO and CoderPad VP Product & Ops, you will work closely with the tech, product, dev marketing and demand gen teams. Your role as a PM will be to have full ownership of our community product with more than 3 millions developers and execute our strategy.


  • Focus the community product more on training and improving for interviews and certifications for job requests
  • Position the community as a way to show CG & CP are working to improve the candidate experience by providing a way to improve their skills before and after a test assessment
  • Use the 3 millions developers of the community to drive business (sales of CodinGame & CoderPad products) and awareness (of those products), including certifications and sharing those

Main responsabilities

  • Execute product strategy of Prune/design features and games. Focus them to be closer to our business. Improve the way we display all the features toward a single goal: train, learn and get better on tech interviews.
  • Promote and partner with other team to have all Live and Screen candidates to improve their skills using
  • Generate business leads organically from the community and drive awereness
  • Community management (+3M users) of tech users (forum, discord, …) and leverage it to promote our tech content (video, blog, …)
  • Organize recurring events on the community platform
  • Support and bugs for
  • Social media monitoring


  • Full ownership of a 3M+ developers community and product
  • Work on a product loved by the tech community
  • Move towards a single message and be able to organically generate business leads
  • Small team, operational work needed

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, including (in this order of priority):

  • Tech background
  • Product Management

  • Wrote coding tests / exercices
  • Setup hiring process and hired multiple engineers
