We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Ireland.
We are organized in Pods, which are squads including one BDR, one CSM and one Account Executive. The Pod collaborates on a book of business to provide the best possible experience to our customers, detect upselling, cross selling and expansion opportunities.
As Account Executive, your missions will be :
Understand perfectly our SAAS cloud-based technology products (CodinGame and CoderPad);
Perform a strong account mapping on a portfolio of large and premium accounts and smaller accounts with big upsell potential, to identify expansion, upsell and cross selling business opportunities;
Identify, engage, pitch and negotiate with C-Level executives in an international context;
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers;
Partner with BDRs and CSMs to detect new business opportunities;
Have a trusted advisor/consultant approach with customers;
Establish credibility quickly with senior-level executives across organizations;
Suggest new ideas to improve our product, process, workflows, based on customer feedback and strategic approach;
Self pipeline generation aligned with ecosystem (BDR/Marketing/CSM);
In control of sales methodology (SPIN or SANDLER/MEDDIC).

What profile are we looking for :
3 years+ in sales positions, with at least 1 year as Account Executive;
Experiences in IT industry (Software & Saas for instance);
French & english speaker
A hunter mindset;
A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team;
Someone who continuously wants to achieve the target and show his ability to be owner of the business.
Someone fluent in English. We also have french customers, so French will be a plus.
SalesForce CRM knowledge will be a plus.
