🚀About the role
We’re looking for a Business Developer who thrives at the intersection of B2B sales, market analysis, and growth experimentation.
You’ll report directly to our Growth Director, work closely with the co-founders, and operate as a true partner to our Growth Marketer. Together, you’ll build and run our outbound engine: from target segmentation and intent signal detection to crafting the right messaging and launching multichannel sequences.
This role is critical to our growth over the next two years. We’re in a high-growth phase and need to accelerate — meaning more meetings, faster. For at least the first year, expect a strong focus on cold calling and proactive outreach.

⚡ Level: Junior+ to Mid-level (1–3 years of experience or strong motivation to learn fast)
🏠 Offices: The company is based in Paris, but the whole Tech team is working remotely.
🎯 Your mission:
Target smartly: identify and segment ICPs/personas using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and qualified databases
Spot buying intent: detect weak signals and intent data to prioritise outreach
Co-create messaging: work with the Growth Marketer to craft and adapt outreach scripts that convert
Launch & optimise sequences: design, A/B test, and refine LinkedIn/email/call sequences in HubSpot
Qualify & convert: run discovery calls, uncover pain points, and create sales-ready opportunities
Nurture relationships: follow up with prospects, keep momentum, and coordinate with the co-founders for closing
Analyse & improve: track performance metrics, propose new tactics, and help scale what works

Understanding of IT/tech industry challenges (a plus)
