We’re currently seeking for a young and dynamic candidate who has 2 to 3 years of experience in sales to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities for the IT products and services offered by the company. You will play a crucial role in driving our Client’s company’s growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize various prospecting methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate new leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and position our solutions as viable options.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure a seamless handoff to the management for further nurturing and conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing them with relevant information and insights to facilitate their decision-making process.
• Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular updates on lead generation activities and pipeline progress.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) software to manage leads, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects at all levels of an organization.
Fluent in Arabic, French & English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Perseverant, persistency is a must to reach the target.
Good listener, strong ability to detect precisely the needs of the client
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
