💪 Team:

You will join the Supply team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of an average of 30 people and divided into market teams.

As part of your missions, you will join the Italian & Greek team, caring towards our Italian and Maltese partners with the goal of supporting and expanding business in the region.

To further structuring and consolidate the Italian and Greek team we have introduced the figure of Senior Account Manager as liaison between Account Managers and the Market Lead; your figure both operational and managerial will be key to the success of the team.

Your daily contacts will range from your teammates, your managees, your manager and members of different business units across all geographies and all four brands.

🚀 Missions:

  • Account Management: You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Italian market in your portfolio, and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience. A set of KPIs and metrics will help you benchmark your portfolio’s performances and driven it towards growth.

  • Business Operations: You will be on the front line of conducting specific operations in the Italian Market with the goal to maximize the platform user experience and value for our partners. You will work in direct partnership with the market Lead to architect and perform the operations that the market and situation will call for. Furthermore, you will be co-responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic meetings and presentations within the team (monthly, weekly, quarterly, etc…).

  • Acquisition: You will be responsible for acquiring new partners in the Italian Market by reaching out (cold call) to potential business partners. You will be responsible for the whole sale-cycle. The accounts you prospect will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which, you will monitor and be responsible for.

  • Onboarding new partners: You will be in charge of onboarding new private and professional partners in the Italian market and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement. Preferred experience

• You are an Italian native speaker and fluent in English.

You are a young professional with 2-3 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales with a charismatic personality with an affinity towards challenges and fostering relationships.

• You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take the initiative and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction driven attitude.

You are comfortable manipulating data, extracting information and building analysis. Proven ability to master the Office Suite and data/CRM software is required.
