💪 Team:
You will join the Marketing Business Unit, a team composed of about 40 people and divided in 5 main areas: CRM, PR, Design, Content & SEO, and Paid Acquisition - which deals with SEA and Display campaigns.
You will report directly to the Head of Paid Acquisition, and work all along with 2 Junior SEA Specialists.
You’ll also regularly work with the Product and Data Business Units.
🚀 Missions:
In Click&Boat, our leadership and fast growth rely on a very strong expertise on search engines, through SEA and SEO.
Consequently, we’re looking for a new SEA specialist with 2-5 years of experience to reinforce the team and bring additional expertise onboard.
You will master our SEA accounts and run campaigns for 4 brands, 12 languages, 7 types of boats and several destinations; finding the right balance between manual and automatized optimization to reach the best results and optimize the least € invested.
Following the Head of Paid Acquisition’s guidelines, your main goal will be to implement the different SEA campaigns, and provide relevant analysis to the top management.
SEA Strategy implementation (75%) :
Adjust campaigns structure in a permanently evolving environment
Optimize budgets bids based on a powerful tool recommendations
Feed keywords targeted and exclusion lists
Permanently launch AB tests to maximize our adds attractiveness
Reporting and KPI analysis (25%) :
Run regular analysis and deep dive in performances to identify trends to empower or correct
Help the Head of Acquisition in providing reportings
Closely monitor competitors activities

You have between 2 to 5 years of experience in performance campaigns management
SEA is your core expertise (having an agency background is a plus).
Google guidelines have no secret for you and you are able to challenge them.
You have an excellent understanding of tracking topics.
You are familiar with other digital paid channels (Facebook, Criteo..).
You are fed with data and have strong analytical capacities, Excel is your best friend!
You are fluent in English and have excellent oral and writing skills.
You have a synthetic mindset and excellent ability to convey essential information through relevant charts.
You are curious: you like being up-to-date with best practices and trends.
You are proactive: you identify new projects, issues and like finding ways to solve them.
