The position

Job description

💪 Team:

You will join the Account Management team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of an average of 20 people and divided into markets.

As part of your missions, you will join the French team and will report directly to Christopher, Lead Account Manager – France. You will work closely with him and with your colleagues.

You will also work daily with the other business units of Click&Boat, especially with the Sales, Customer Care and Marketing.

🚀 Missions:

● Account Management: you will be in charge of developing the commercial relationship with our main partners in France, helping boat owners to understand how the platform works.

● Be co-responsible for executing Prospection Team goals for the French market.

● Onboard new owners: you will be responsible of welcoming new partners that register in the platform and guide them through our service.

● Participate in the upgrade of our services, based on customers feedback.

● Work as a member of the international Click&Boat team (hailing from countries such as Italy, Spain, Greece, Croatia, USA, Germany).

Preferred experience

• You are a native speaker in French.

• You are fluent in English, both oral and written.

• Young professional or recently graduated with previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales (1-3 years).

• You are a challenge seeker and a source of proposals.

• You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction.

• You are able to support and negotiate with partners by phone or emails and stay calm in all circumstances.

• Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure for a long term cycle.

• You are interested in start-up environment, you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services.
