The position

Job description

You join the Growth pole under the responsibility of the Head of Sales, your mission consists on:

  • Prospect new Freemium customers (participation in ChooseMyCompany Labels for free) and Premium (paid subscription to SaaS software) by following the rhythm of annual labeling campaigns
  • Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete and educational demonstration of the ChooseMyCompany tools and develop a portfolio of customers, securing the renewal of customers from one year to the next in a logic of Upsell to meet our growth objectives
  • Contribute to the ramp-up of our commercial development by providing information on dashboards, monitoring Kpi’s, pipe and forecast management
  • Represent CMC at events related to our ecosystem (School Forums, Job Forums, HR Forums, breakfast conferences and events related to labeling campaigns)

Graduated from a Bac + 5, you have acquired a first Sales experience
You have a strong New Business sensitivity coupled with an advisory approach
Your interest in the “HR” sector is essential: good understanding of HR issues and communication in business
You are bilingual in German and fluent in English
