About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized work student to join our People team! In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the exciting world of People while providing crucial support to our department. You will assist with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks, gaining exposure to various People responsibilities and contributing to the smooth operation of our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee relations activities such as responding to employee inquiries and providing administrative support.

• Assist with core administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining HR records.

• Contribute to our onboarding program by supporting internal planning and coordination. 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our documents and policies (e.g., employee handbooks, onboarding materials).

• Perform other duties as assigned by the People team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong interest in learning about People Practices and a desire to gain practical experience.

• Must be a fluent German speaker who can work with various vendors
