We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, impactful Community Manager and Digital Marketing Intern for a 6 months internship !

You will join our Communications and Digital Marketing team to create exciting and engaging contents as well as manage all ChangeNOW social networks.

You will lead a growing community of 80,000 to 100,000 followers.

Your duties will include:

1. Content creation for social networks:

• Create various types of content, including copywriting, infographics, photo & video editing, as needed for social media

• Adopt a strategic approach for social media content creation by using formats that will drive the best engagement rate

• Create content that is ChangeNOW like, aligning a tone, a content & an approach

• Understand and strategically deploy the ChangeNOW editorial line on our social networks and coordinating with the editorial team

2.Community Management:

• Share content on ChangeNOW’s social networks (information on the summit, speakers, exhibitors, sharing of videos, etc…), and sharing news of the impact ecosystem: news on partners, solution providers…, in connection with the internal teams

• Operate social media platforms, third-party tools and content publishing, according to a schedule set up with the editorial team

• Grow the audience and our communities on the different networks

• Moderating responses and some comments on the networks, as well as monitoring the posts of the ChangeNOW ecosystem.

• Reporting and analyzing the performance of the implemented strategies

• Possess a great sensitivity to social networks and real writing skills in English (Preferred native), you will work closely with the editorial team to understand the editorial line of ChangeNOW and transcribe it on social networks.
  Regular participation in editorial meetings
