Chance has been awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2021 in the Societal Commitment category, for its career guidance system.
This prize rewards its ambition to improve social mobility and equal opportunities, thanks to a clear mission: to allow each person to have a future that is no longer dictated by his or her past.
The stages of the Chance programme are adapted to each individual thanks to real-time analysis of data and behaviour: Psytech.
In 3 months, the programme draws a path for each individual, allowing informed decisions to be made, dismantling blockages, re-building the most appropriate professional project and bringing it to a successful outcome with the help of the Chance Collective.
Since its creation in San Francisco in 2015, Chance ensures that its guidance system is accessible to all: at least 25% of the participants must have a last salary of less than 1400€ net/month and allows, step by step, to contributing to a more inclusive society.
