Job description

The Role

As a Strategic Designer in our Brussels office, you will create maximum impact for our clients by leading projects where bold creativity meets sharp strategic insight. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from initial scoping to final delivery, collaborating closely with clients, visual designers, content experts, and fellow strategic designers to craft compelling stories, innovative strategies, and visually powerful solutions that truly move the needle.

This role suits someone who loves tackling complexity, balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution, and values creativity and teamwork as engines for meaningful change.

Your Responsibilities

1. Strategic Design & Consulting

  • Lead the full design thinking cycle to solve complex client challenges using actionable, creative strategies and diverse transformation tools (workshops, playbooks, e-learning, platforms).

  • Guide clients in aligning vision, teams, and processes to enable effective change management.

2. Project Management

  • Take ownership of projects from kickoff to delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time and on-budget execution.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategic, visual, content) and external partners.

  • Maintain quality standards and proactively manage risks and opportunities.

3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trust and strong relationships with clients across regions and organizational levels.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and co-creation sessions, adapting communication and deliverables to client culture and context.

4. Creative Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Work hand in hand with illustrators, motion designers, AI experts, and content creators to craft coherent and impactful experiences.

  • Embody the “Two Heads” philosophy by balancing strategic insight with creative intuition.

  • Review and ensure emotional resonance, consistency, and coherence across deliverables.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a growing consultancy on a mission to make transformation more human, visual, and engaging

  • Work with prestigious clients in education, non-profit, pharma, technology, finance, public sectors, …

  • Help shape our methods, culture, and even our next book

  • Thrive in a culture that values professionalism, curiosity, and humor — because we take our work seriously, but never ourselves

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic design, innovation, change management, learning design, or related fields

  • Experience designing and delivering diverse transformation tools, for example visual manifests, learning journeys, interactive platforms, playbooks, workshops, or live creative sessions

  • Strong interest in visual and creative thinking

  • Structured yet empathetic thinker with a natural storytelling ability

  • Excellent facilitator and communicator with clients

  • Curious, independent, team player who thrives in complexity and gets things done

  • Strong interpersonal skills: humility, curiosity, humor, and a genuine taste for teamwork and co-creation

  • You speak fluently French, English and ideally Dutch, and can easily switch from one language to another.

We are committed to equity, inclusion, and equal treatment, and we consider all applications without discrimination.

Recruitment process

  1. HR Screening – 45 minutes to discuss your background and motivations

  2. Case Study – 2 hours (1 hour preparation + 1 hour presentation/discussion)

  3. Cultural Fit Interview – 60 minutes with team members to assess mutual alignment

If you are ready to help organizations transform through strategy and visual storytelling, while working with an innovative and passionate team, we want to hear from you.
